French fashion house Dior has launched its new initiative dedicated to remarkable women from around the world. Inspired by its rich history and extraordinary women, the house of Dior, alongside Christian Dior Parfums, has created its #DIORSTANDSWITHWOMEN and #DIORCHINUP initiatives, to celebrate the impact women have on the world.
The initiative, marked by a series of short-filmed portraits, features exceptional female talents sharing their journeys and experiences as contemporary, inspiring women. The 11 women have been chose ‘to celebrate femininity by focusing on courage, self – affirmation, pride and sharing, and in particular, by passing on experiences’, the label stated. Iranian actor Golshifteh Farahani is joined by the face of Dior skincare and makeup, model Cara Delevigne as well as supermodel Paloma Elsesser, fellow actors Leyna Bloom, Li Bingbing, Yalitza Aparicio, pediatric immunology professor Marina Cavazzana, dancer and choreographer Parris Goebel, flower producer Carole Bianacalana, photographer Pamela Tulizo and the actor and muse for Christian Dior Parfum’s J’adore fragrance, Charlize Theron.
